Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Clever Choice ("we", "us", "our"), the provider of the landers.today service ("the Site"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit https://landers.today, submit a project brief or purchase a landing page package.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a project brief we collect your name, business email, brand name, store URL, product or collection URLs, a description of your audience, offer and goals, preferred formats, and any optional links, files, dates or notes you add. When you select a plan the details you type are also kept in your browser's local storage so you can return to an unfinished brief; that copy stays on your device until you clear it or complete the purchase.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe shares with us the payment status, the amount, the email address used at checkout and a reference that links the payment to your brief. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the checkout page.

Device information. Like most websites we may collect technical information such as your browser, device type, IP address, time zone, referring pages and how you interact with the Site, using cookies, log files and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.

How we use your information

• To review your brief, communicate with you about it and deliver the landing pages you purchased.
• To confirm payments, issue receipts and confirmations, and keep records of the projects we deliver.
• To respond to questions, send project updates and coordinate feedback and launch.
• To detect spam or abuse of our forms and protect the Site.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it, in aggregate and where permitted with analytics tools.

Sharing your information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and deliver the service, and only for those purposes:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Netlify for hosting the Site and running its form and payment endpoints.
• Email delivery and project management tools (for example Resend and Airtable) to store briefs, send confirmations and coordinate the work.
• Analytics providers (for example Google Analytics) if enabled on the Site.
• Shopify, where you grant collaborator access to your store so that we can implement your pages.

We may also disclose information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep briefs, project records and payment confirmations for as long as needed to deliver the service, support you afterwards and meet accounting and legal obligations. Unpaid briefs that are never completed may be deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email info@cleverchoice.cc.

International transfers

We operate from Serbia and use service providers located in the United States and the European Union. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
