1. Who we are

landers.today is a landing page service operated by Clever Choice ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a package on https://landers.today you ("you", "the client") agree to these Service Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

We design, write and build landing pages for your Shopify store according to the package you purchase: one, four or ten landing pages. Each page includes a brief and product review, page structure, copywriting, design, Shopify implementation, mobile optimization, pre-launch checks and the agreed revisions, as described on the Site at the time of purchase.

What counts as one page. One landing page is one URL in your Shopify store built around one product or collection, one offer and one angle, in one format. A different product, angle or format is a separate page. Packages can span several products and several stores you own.

3. Packages, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments for the package selected. Payment is made through Stripe when you submit your brief. Work on a project begins once payment is confirmed and the brief is complete. Prices and package contents may change; the price shown when you pay is the price you get.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate product, offer and pricing details, and let us know about any claims that need substantiation.
• Supply brand assets (logo, fonts, colors) and product photos or video that you have the right to use.
• Grant collaborator access to your Shopify store so that pages can be implemented.
• Give consolidated feedback within two business days of each review round, and approve pages before launch.

You are responsible for the legality of your products, offers and claims, and for compliance with the platform, advertising and consumer rules that apply to your business.

5. Timeline

Indicative turnaround is stated on the Site and starts once payment is confirmed and the brief, assets and store access are complete. Delays in feedback, assets or access extend the timeline accordingly.

6. Revisions and scope changes

Each page includes the number of revision rounds stated on the Site. A revision round collects all your feedback on a draft at once. Changes to the product, offer, angle or format after the page structure has been approved, and additional revision rounds, are quoted separately.

7. Cancellations, refunds and guarantee

Because each project starts with dedicated research and planning, a package can be cancelled for a full refund only before we have started work on it. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable except where these terms or applicable law say otherwise. Any performance guarantee or A/B testing offer is valid only if it is published on the Site at the time of purchase, and applies under the conditions stated there.

8. Ownership and portfolio

Once the package has been paid in full, you own the delivered pages, copy and designs for use on your store. We keep ownership of our methods, templates, section code and know-how, which we may reuse. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show the finished pages and describe the results in our portfolio and marketing.

9. Third-party platforms

Pages are built inside Shopify and depend on your theme, apps and Shopify's features. We are not responsible for changes made by Shopify, by third-party apps, or by you or your team after delivery, nor for the performance of your ads, products or store.

10. Warranties and liability

We deliver the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the service is provided without other warranties. We do not guarantee any particular sales, conversion rate or advertising outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a package is limited to the amount you paid for that package, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost revenue.

11. Communication

We communicate by email using the address you provide in your brief. Please keep it current and include your project reference in messages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith by the parties; failing that, the competent courts in Belgrade have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site when you pay applies to your purchase.
